With Agilibo’s team management system, creating new teams, adding new or existing employees to the team, and editing team information have become easier than ever. The improved firewalls of the software database will secure the information of the team and team members.
How do we Manage teams in Agilibo?
Managing teams in Agilibo is really easy. The process is so user friendly, that anyone can manage teams in Agilibo anytime, anywhere. Just follow the procedures below:
Step 04: You’ll see a new page. Click on “Add new team” to create new teams.
Adding new teams is easy. Just fill out the necessary information and your team will be created!
When you are done with filling out all the necessary boxes, click on “Create team”. To see your team, click on “Back”, and type your team’s name on the search bar.
Step 05: You can edit your team’s information anytime by clicking on your team’s “Setting”
After clicking on “Settings” a new page will appear. After updating your team’s information, click “Back”.
Step 06: Click on “Manage team members” to add members to the teams.
Once again, a new page will appear. You can add new member, and delete existing members while managing teams.
If your company has multiple unassigned employees, you can add them by clicking on “add existing users to the team”.
When finished click on “back”. Click “back” again if you’re done managing team members.
Step 07: Click on “Remove” to remove any of the teams
