HR & Admin Manager (m/w)

Job Context:

 

We are looking for a smart, active and can work from remote (home office). Must be proficient with IT and computers. We are open to Full-time, Part-time, contractual. Minimum duration 6 months. For freelancers the duration and time is negotiable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Improving the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  • Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; placing job ads; candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Maintain payroll and benefits program

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Educational Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Skills Required: General HR, HR & Training, HRIS

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 year(s) of experience in HR

  • Experience working at Software Company is highly desired

Job Location:

  • Mainly remote, sometimes visit office in Langen, Germany

Sekretär/in (m/w)

Stellenbeschreibung:

 

Sie als Sekretär kümmern sich um die alltäglichen Büroarbeiten, verwalten die Korrespondenz, nehmen Telefonate entgegen und erstellen Präsentationen, die den Inhalt kurz und knackig auf den Punkt bringen. Weiterhin sorgen Sie für eine unterbrechungsfreie Terminplanung und organisieren kurzfristig Flüge ins In- und Ausland.

Ihre Aufgabengebiete:

  • Allgemeine Verwaltung im Office oder Sekretariat für das Unternehmen

  • Persönliche Assistenz der Geschäftsführung

  • Allgemeine Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen oder Teams

  • Kontaktperson für Geschäftspartner, Kunden oder Besucher

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung oder Teams im Projektmanagement, Terminorganisation oder Betreuung der Kunden

  • Strukturierte Abläufe des alltäglichen Büroalltags

  • Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung von Informationen für die Mitarbeiter

Scrum Master (m/w)

Your tasks:

 

  • Advising on the introduction of SCRUM throughout the project

  • Collaborate with other SCRUM masters to increase SCRUM's overall project effectiveness

  • Initiate and track the KPIs that help the development team to recognize the results and improvements

  • Advising the product owner on the SCRUM framework

  • Ensuring communication within the development team and with other development teams

  • High travel activity within Germany / Europe

 

Your qualification:

  • Many years of experience as Scrum Master

  • Business fluent English

Accountant
Accounting part-time (m / f / d)

Your task:

  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Bank accounting

  • Participation in monthly BWA and annual accounts

  • Supporting IT administration for the sales staff


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Knowledge of common ERP and accounting systems

  • Affinity with numbers and IT

  • Structured, independent way of working

  • Ability to work in a team
